Classic skin disappears everytime I reopen application

On my switch, to access my chosen skin (a classic skin from a pack I purchased from marketplace) I have to redownload the software every time. If I close the application, the next I go on I need to redownload the software to have my skin applied, otherwise I’m just playing as Steve or Alex.

I cant even access the dressing room properly during these times either, it loads but nothing is clickable.

I have two accounts attached to my switch, each connected to different gamer tags/Microsoft accounts and the problem is consistent to both.
