Character Creator has missing textures/unable to be changed.

I had noticed while I was playing as a character I created using the Character Creator,It had become Steve with empty holes for the eyes.

I went to the Character creator to edit it and make a new one,but I was unable to change or add any items and I was unable to change the body (eg:skin tetxure or hair colors and the hair itself).

Some of the options were unable to load most of the time.
