pointed dripstone hanging in water will cause a glow lichen effect.

Is this a bug or something that is done on purpose? I'm not sure but it looks weird when the water is glowing from dripstone. I couldn't find another bug report on this. seed  -7205139552783622474  -9241, 62, -5065
