Jurassic Park DLC Crashing due to invalid render controller and commands

I recently purchased the DLC for my son but am unsuccessful in getting the world to populate. Whether the world is newly created or loaded from a saved file, the world will populate structures, then immediately crash stating the software closed because an error occurred. Here are the error codes that display while the world is loading:

If this issue cannot be resolved, then what is the process for a refund of purchase?
