My audio duplicates sometimes, 3 times every 5-10 seconds, i have clips of it happening, it happens online, offline, solo, co-op

• I'll be playing, and any audio will duplicate any 5-10 seconds, somewhat of an echo right after any noise is made. Regardless if I'm playing alone or with someone else the audio is echoed.
• another problem is i can chop down a whole tree, have to wait about 5 seconds and then the wood drops onto the ground, same thing with eating i can eat one piece of food 2-3 times and it still wont register, have to do it for a 4th or 5th time for it to work
