Incorrect description of carrots in the "Can break" column

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run the command "/give @s <arbitrary item id> 1 0 {"can_destroy":{"blocks":["carrots"]}}"
2. Open the inventory and check the "Can break" column of the acquired item

Expected Results: 
The notation of carrots in the "Can break" column is an appropriate indication.

Observed Results:
The carrot notation in the "Can break" column is displayed as "tile.carrots.name".
