Unable to install content packs

As of the past month or so, I have been unable to install packs to my Xbox bedrock version and when I try it stops completely at step 2 when it is supposed to be importing it & it just sits there at 0%. This happens every time I try this & it very pester some. This is happening when I try installing texture packs, skins, & anything else.
