Naturally generating seagrass at y level 62 makes water lose its texture (sometimes)

7Basically when any seagrass is on the y level 62, the sea grass breaks the water texture on that one block and it doesnt show the water texture. This only happens sometimes so dont expect it to happen every time. heres an image as proof. Hope this gets fixed. Thanks!
