Villagers appearances do not change; Horses and Llamas skin flickers

Villagers appearances do not change; they have their original appearance, and when they level up their belts change, but all my librarians/armor smiths look like jobless villagers.

 

Horses and Llamas skin flickers: there is definitely something buggy going on with the horse armor and llama skin.
