I am not able to join my friend on Minecraft

I am still unable to connect with my friend on Minecraft I have been trying to join since I bought the game and I would really love and appreciate if I can join him. He is the only person I am having problems with joining and it’s kinda upsetting due to the fact that I love Minecraft soo much. Can you please fix the glitch that says unable to connect to world or to your friend on ps4 servers please.
