The game keeps blocking

I cannot understand why we pay for a game that does not work properly. It keeps freezing everytime is unable to be played if we go to mines or other dungeons it keeps freezing and we die all the time loosing all the stuff we made which we made of diamonds and super power. And also we do not see the clothes of the villagers anymore.

they all look like they do not have a job. Please try to fix it is unplayable this game on nintendo switch if it cannot work on this console why you put this game on it?
