Pocket UI not available on Nintendo Switch

Pocket UI is not available on Minecraft for Nintendo Switch, it just does not appear in settings.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to settings
2. Go to video
3. Look for the "UI Profile" option
4. Realize it doesn't appear

Observed Results:
The UI Profile menu does not appear.

Expected Results:
The UI Profile menu to appear, because the Nintendo Switch console has a Touch Screen.

Notes:

Many players would like to be able to use the Pocket UI on Nintendo Switch, it would be very convenient because the device has a touch screen, and Pocket UI is designed for touch screen. I hope that this bug is fixed soon, because the ability to use Pocket UI could be very useful for many Nintendo Switch users.
