Skins That are are loading in

So i have problem with skin packs not loading for example i  bought a skin pack called  Forgotten Rebels and it won't load. I tried in Dressing room or The market place and also i let this load for a few hours an nothing happens. (If anybody know how to fix this plz Reply)
