All game sounds are very bad and glitchy

Only since the latest update, the game sound is very weird with a constant high pitch and very low quality and volume

Steps to Reproduce:

Opening the game normally from the launcher

Observed Results:

 

The main menu, the music, sound effects, entities, and everything that makes sounds is effected

I wasn't able to capture a video with sound for some reason. Sorry I don't have experience in recording. Hope the information I provided are sufficient.

Notes:

I tried the java edition and it worked properly. Only the windows edition is effected since the latest update. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but that didn't help. No other application on my pc seems to have this issue so it must be the game.
