Minecraft Teleportation Bug

So I was playing with my friends in my minecraft server, and I teleported my friend to the cave, then when I did, he got fall damage out of NOWHERE! These also happens at every areas like in village, plains, everywhere theres fall damage for no reason. I have discovered this bug since at 1.19.0-1.19.10
