Error in application when placing shulker box in end 128 blocks out from Y1

I was messing around in a minecraft world with a friend, testing glitches from TikTok, we tried using a shulker box in the end, and accidently left it there, the glitch we were performing was meant to duplicate blocks. After doing aforementioned glitch we were able to duplicate a block. the shulker we had left there, we picked up because we didn't want to lose it, and when we went to continue doing the glitch, the box respawned there and was invisible, then we mined the duplicated block and when we then tried to mine the invisible shulker box, my friend who was hosting the world got an error in his application. We thought nothing of it the first time, thinking random glitch nothing too concerning. Then when we tried to mine the invisible shulker again, and again it caused an error in his application.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to The End
2. go to a Obsidian Pillar and dig down to Y1
3. build out 128 blocks towards the Void
4. place down any blocks (I placed a shulker box)
5. leave The End
6. go back into the end
7. go to the placed down blocks and mine them with the entire 128 block bridge out
8. go back into the overworld
9. go back into The End
Observed Results:
the bridge and blocks respawned but a Shulker Box glitched and is now unbreakable and crashes the game
Expected Results:
blocks and items are expected to be duplicated
