My custom skins are all steve.

For some reason my custom Minecraft skins all appear as Steve. I tried solving this issue by reinstalling Minecraft which worked for only 2 days and then it went back to this. Other Minecraft players can see my custom skins but I can't. If I delete a skin and try editing the skin it still appears as steve. This bug has been pretty annoying.
