Waterlogged mossy cobblestone stairs and cobblestone stairs appear to just have the texture of the stairs instead of the water texture.

I've tried to take the water out and replace it but the glitch remains. If I replace the corner stairs and then switch them back they go back to normal water texture, but not the regular stairs.
