Minecraft PS4 Noteblock Sound Lagging

The glitch existed as an extension of a bug before the 1.19.20 patch where all sounds (placing/destroying blocks, walking, music, sound effects ie lightning, etc.) would have audio lag forward a little bit. This time all other audio seems fine except for noteblock sounds when used in an alotted time. See video attached for example.

Sound seems fine for about 1 to two seconds before all noteblocks begin lagging consistently.
