32x Packs and Packs they include 32x Subpacks gets an Fallback massage since 1.19.20

Since the 1.19.20 update players with devices l that have less than 2GB of Ram get a warning when they are use 32x Texture Packs although it wasn't before and it doesn't cause any problems, also when I use a TP with different Subpacks and not the 32x Subpack.
