raid farm not working, raids dont start in the entire world.

so i spent 2 days building a raid farm and it worked perfectly, then for some reason it just stopped. after a whille of tinkering with the world files it works again if i create a new worl and impoert the level.dat and level.dat_old file as well as the batabase folder from the raid farm world onto the new world. i have been doing this but eveytime i build something in this world it stops working. i am playing on windows 11 with a xbox controller.

 

the addon for this is attached, this is a 1.16 bedrock addon (mcaddon) but it work in 1.19.5.
