Goat horns not dropping

Goat horns don’t drop!

I’m on Xbox. It’s a realm. 
I’ve tried to get them to ram stone blocks in various different ways, but to no avail. I can see the ramming animation, and I can get them to ram blocks by jumping out the way, and ram blocks by using pistons to move a block into the the path. 

No drops!
