Minecraft realms plus bug

On Minecraft bedrock, I  don't know if this is a bug or not but on my realm it would randomly disconnect everyone after every 10-30 minutes and go back a save 3-10 minutes ago. It sucks and no one wants to play anymore due to their data being lost
Do you know if this is a big or not?
