minecraft bedrock achievements are not working (win10)

From basically the beginning that I started using this account they didn't tell me the achievements and I have no idea why it could be I have 235 hours of play and 7% of achievements and when I try to do the achievements they don't count me, I always have the latest version of the game and everything related please help me
