Warden detects cauldron filling in creative mode

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a warden in creative mode;
2. Run around, place blocks nearby, etc;
3. Place a cauldron;
4. Fill it using a bucket of water, lava or powder snow.

Observed Results:
Out of all the actions, only using the bucket creates a vibration.

Expected Results:
None of the actions are detected by the warden, as the player is in creative mode.
