Worlds issue

there's an issue on Xbox im not sure if im only experiencing or not. happened on 1.19.10 and continued, but when i "delete" a world and either restart the game or exit a world, "deleted" worlds just magicly reappear. ive troubleshooted different methods all the way down to deleting my synced data. still all my worlds are there so at this point i think it's an account issue or server issue. since nothing will delete. im not sure how this came up to be an issue in the first place. i remember downloading the new at the time world "SpellCraft" and then trying it out. i created 3 worlds 2 of which were incorrect and i had left them as soon as they loaded. from there i wanted to delete the 2 extra worlds. yet they would reappear as i said by restarting the game, or exiting another world. eventually whatever was going on spreaded to my normal worlds and now any new world i make i simply cant keep deleted. if it is an account issue my Xbox user is "Night Fox117#874" if it cant be found get rid of the hashtag and it should appear within Minecraft.
