Wall block isn't properly connected in ancient city center structure

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Travel to any Ancient City, either by finding one or using the /locate command.
2. Enter the redstone rooms;
3. Find the room that includes a target block;
4. Observe the wall blocks under the redstone lamp.

Observed Results:
The upper wall is properly connected to the lamp, but the lower one has a gap.

Expected Results:
Both walls are connected from bottom to top, with no gap.
