Worlds in Marketplace stuck on downloading

Several of my owed worlds in the marketplace are stuck on downloading and I can't create a new world with any of those templates that are stuck. I tried deleting any of the cached data for those worlds and deleting the world template to download again, but marketplace is still frozen on downloading
