Set world spawnpoint bug

When putting the spawn point of the world somewhere it has an error that does not make you appear in the marked block but makes you respawn in a radius of 12 blocks, I tried this in 4 different worlds and the problem persists, I currently manage a realm and it is a real problem since it does not let you enjoy the game as it should, thank you very much in advance
