Spectator Gamemode selection 'Game mode 6 is invalid'

I am creating an adventure map, but I have come across a problem.

 

I am trying to make any player who is in Spectator Mode (Experiments Enabled) teleported to a specific coordinate. The problem is the error message "Game mode 6 is invalid". For who doesn't know, gamemode 6 is Spectator. The target selector is: @a[m=6] Even though I have enabled Spectator Mode in Experiments it doesn't seem to work.

 

This might just be because it's unfinished, but I doubt it.

 

Platforms: All Bedrock; Versions: 1.18.30+; Command: /tp @a[m=6] -23 73 -13; Experiments: Spectator Mode

 

Affects Version/s is broken too, there are only 1.19.20.24 and 1.19.11 versions :/
