A problem issuing Red_Mushroom_Block

In the Minecraft iOS version, whenever I give myself a red mushroom block by using /give, it turns into a brown mushroom block. Even if I put the command into a command block it still gives me a brown mushroom block. Would appreciate if you fix this problem soon.
