Nametag problem (PS4)

On my minecraft realm world, when me or my friends try to put nametag on something, the name is replaced with "###", whatever it is.

We tried to change anvil or place it in another place, but we still encounter the same problem.

Can you help us? Thanks.

 

My id on the ps4 is "ibratortavic", the realm is owned by me.
