Minecraft Realms trapdoor clicking forever

An oak wooden trapdoor was like clicking forever without any other player and without me clicking it (i only clicked it once). I produced this by putting a trapdoor down and with some specific lag it think that it was clicking forever. Even if i try and click on it its still moving
