Building terrain screen bug

Can’t play on a world I had over two years never had issues before it’s stuck on building terrain finishes downloading then freezes I can play other worlds but not this one. It happened after I died in the nether and raged quit without respawning. Tried to get back and it won’t let me has anybody had this issue before?
