Anvil deletes items

anvil deletes items

What I expected to happen was...:
The anvil puts enchantments on the chestplate

What actually happened was...:
it deleted the chestplate and the enchanted book

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open anvil
2. anvil bugs out and does not let you use it
3. spam the enchanted chestplate then its destroys the books and the chestplate
