Warden will aggrivate for no reason

Steps to reproduce
1. surround a mob or survival mode player completely in wool
2. spawn a warden less than 20 blocks away
3. wait a bit.
Expected result:
warden will not aggrivate, but will get close to the mob
Observed Result
Warden will aggrivate, even though there are no vibrations.
