structure block outlines but no block

some months ago i placed a structure with a structure block in my world when i broke the structure block the outlining (the lines that show where the structure will be generated) remained and now everytime i come near that i crash i report it now bc i cant continue building there.
also: i have had this more than once in another place in my world i had the same (the outlining that remained) but those dont make my game crash its only the one i mentioned first

edit: i wanted to record a video to provide with this but now when i try to join my world i crash so no pixtures or videos
i can join my world again by changing my position in mctoolchest pe

Edit: i added 2 videos on the first one you dont see a outlining idk why
but on the second video (the one from 5.62 mbs) you can see the outlining,
i crash on the end of both videos
