Hearts and hunger bar in creative.

So I was playing Minecraft bedrock edition and I was in a survival world.I played until it was night in game then a zombie was attacking me and killed me.When it did I was in the menu to change into creative and I did.The I clicked on respawn and reswaned in creative but with hearts and a hunger bar.
