Before bringing up the keyboard, a rapid flash transition appears, this happens when any Minecraft text box is opened

Upon opening a text box to input text, whether it's the chat or item search the keyboard transitions with a rapid flash which is unpleasing to the eyes. This has been happening since the introduction of the Render Dragon graphics engine. It only happens in game, not the main menu.
