I think I've been Shadow Muted

This happened to me about 3 days ago or so when I typed something in the chat, It showed up in the chat but my friend said he didn't see anything from me. I've tried numerous ways to resolve the issue but none of it worked so far. I haven't do anything to my knowledge to provoke this Shadow Mute either.
