Falling blocks will be broken when falling on all kind of double slabs

Summary:

Falling blocks will be broken when falling on all kind of double slabs

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place any kind of double slab you want
2. Place a temporary solid on top of that double slab
3. Place any falling block in the list on top of a temporary solid block (except that the scaffolding will have to be placed as usual for it to fall)
4. Destroy the temporary solid block to let the falling block fall to the double slab

Observed Results:

Falling block will break when falling on double slab even though double slab is in solid state (I can't waterlog it so it's solid)

Expected Results:

Falling block won't break when falling on double slab because double slab is in solid state (I can't waterlog it so it's solid)
