Players will rapidly levitate when holding jump button while flying with an elytra on creative

Players are able to levitate rapidly when holding jump button while equipped with an elytra on creative mode.

 Steps to Reproduce:

 1. Create a world

 2. Use an elytra

 3. While gliding hold the jump button

 Observed Results:

 The player are able to levitate just by holding the jump button on     creative.

 Expected Results:
 Player should not levitate despite holding the jump button.
