Campfire drops 4 charcoal now instead of 2

Campfires are supposed to drop 2 charcoal: MC-141909, MCPE-139467, MCPE-41741.

But currently they drop 4 when broken by a player, and 2 when broken by a piston. Probably the fix for MCPE-139467 was done wrongly.
