GoE Craft Bedwars Classic Unplayable

Previously purchased and used Bedwars Classic by GoE Craft with tokens through my Playstation 4. Went to start a new world yesterday morning and when you enter the actual Bedwars game to begin playing, the shopkeeper/villager, who you trade with to get supplies like wool and weapons to actually play the game, is not there any longer. I tried multiple worlds, then deleted the game from my minecraft and redownloaded it and still no changes. I sent a message to GoE Craft, along with chatted with Playstation/Sony. They said Mojang would have to fix it and refund any tokens that were used for the purchase. Please help as this is great 1 player version of Bedwars.
