Spongebob DLC Will Not Load

1. Press "Play"
2. Press "Create New World"
3. Select "SpongeBob Template"
4. Select "Create This World"
5. Lines of code show up (see picture)
6. Game freezes at screen that says "Building terrain"
7. Progress bar does not move
