When I break any block in any dimension be it overword, nether and the end it doesn't drop

For example in the overworld I break a block of grass it ends up not dropping, in the Nether the netherack doesn't drop and in the end the obsidian, but these are just examples but in my game all the blocks don't Drops please fix this soon because I'm out of game because of this bug
