I'm unable to join any online servers, it says "Error while downloading packs from the server. Please try again"

After I had installed version 1.19.11 on my ps4 I tried to join an online server but it showed a screen saying "Error while downloading packs from the server. Please try again". This has happened with all of the other online servers, and I can't find a way to fix this issue.
