resources not staying enABLED

GLOBAL RESOURCES are getting reset every time you close and open the game. doesnt matter the platform.

i always use 1 texture pack and  have to re enable it everytime i load up the game.

fix this so i dont have to reenable it after every reboot of thengame. its really annoying.
