Marketplace, skins, and minecoins not loading

Every time I open Minecraft on my Switch the skins dont load, the minecoins dont load, and the marketplace says invalid session. I have already tried restarting the game and it doesn't fix anything. I have reinstalled the game and nothing changed. I have completly deleted all save data and still no change, so my final option is to ask for help here.
