Allays can still be attacked by its owner

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn an allay
2. Give the allay any item
3. Get a netherite sword
4. Hit the allay

Observed Results:

The allay takes damage from the sword

Expecred Results:

The allay should not receive any damage from the sword
